People reports on the claims made in Spelling’s personal injury lawsuit, “Spelling tripped and fell backward on a hot grill and ended up needing skin grafts on her right arm. The lawsuit stated that the actress sustained deep second and third burn injuries requiring hospital and surgery.” In her complaint Spelling sought monetary damages for lost wages, medical and hospital expenses, lost earning capacity and other general damages.”
