Courthouse News reports on the details of the claims made in the Southwest lawsuit, “During the excruciating moments following the explosion, the plaintiffs endured the horrific fear of a plane crash– suddenly and unexpectedly they were facing death.” The suit alleges injuries ranging from PTSD to severe emotional distress on the part of the passengers, some of which sat just a few rows back from where the broken window sucked out a plane passenger (the sole casualty from the flight and in the airlines history).
