Why Don’t People Drive Properly for the Road Conditions?

It is just a part of human nature, that there will be some individuals who will usually drive too fast for the roadway conditions. A person can drive too fast for the conditions from being in a hurry, from a road rage incident or from being inexperienced on the roadways.
