Legendary Eagles guitarist Glenn Frey passed away in January 2016 at the age of 67 following complications with acute ulcerative colitis, pneumonia and rheumatoid arthritis. Now, his widow along with his three children have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the New York hospital that she believes failed to properly treat and monitor her late husband’s health.
