HOW MUCH DO I END UP PAYING?
Only once you recover you will pay a very traditional legal fee (usually around 33% of your total recovery after legal costs) that will be a percentage of your total recovery. At the end of your case or settlement, the opposing side (whether it is an insurance company or an individual or both) will write a check to us for the total amount in which we will then take out our percentage and the rest goes to you.
